Phyllis Butler Obituary
76 of Glendale, AZ, passed away quietly in her home on March 9, 2011. She will be forever loved and missed by her family. She is survived by her beloved husband, Melbourne H. Butler; 2 loving daughters, Theresa de Werff and Karen Brown; 1 loving son, John (Lorraine) Cantrell; 7 dear grandchildren, Abigail, Robert, Benjamin, Michael, Matthew, Laura and Amy. Visitation will be from 4-6 PM, Sunday, March 13, 2011 at Green Acres Glendale Mortuary, 5830 W. Missouri Ave in Glendale, Immediately following, the Rosary at 7:30 PM, Sunday, March 13, 2011 at St Jerome's Catholic Church 10815 N. 35th Ave in Phoenix. The Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 AM, Monday, March 14, 2011 at St. Jerome's Catholic Church. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, Avondale, AZ. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jerome's Life Teen or to Andres House in Phyllis' memory.Please visit the online registry www.greenacresglendalemort.com (623) 939-8321.

Phyllis was such a gentle soul. She always had a smile and a hug to share with the teens and my family. She loved children, and adored her daughter and grand daughter. The community of St. Jeromes will miss this gentle smiling soul. God bless the family, you will remain in our prayers.
