Uncle Jerry, remember the wooden shoes? When we came to A.Z. in the moter home Aunt Phyllis Brandon & I sat on the sofa late one night. We talked for hours. That visit I will treasure for ever. She tried everything to get Brandon to put them on his feet for the camera. "NO WAY"; @12:30 or 1am Aunt Phyllis pulls the camera from her lap, took the shot & said now I have a photo of all the KIDS wearing them silly wooden shoes! To Uncle Jerry and all my cousins; Reach to the sky with you,re faith in CHRIST. know I am. Love you all and miss you!

To the Folz family,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort. We did not have the pleasure of knowing Phyllis, but have had the pleasure of knowing Diane for many years. We grieve with you, as we know the loss of a parent is so difficult. We love you, Diane.

I was friend with Laura in Grade School. I loved going over to the house to spend time with you and I remeber your mom and dad were always so friendly and warm. Mrs. Folz was a very special lady who always seemed to have something wonderful going on. She just had a great spirit. Her house was cheery, her smile was friendly, she was sweet. She was just loving. I know she will be greatly missed.
My condolensces and hugs to the entire family.

Phyllis, I feel that by being a friend of Diane's, I knew you and your family like they were my own. I really appreciated those times when you would come in early or stay late after your appt. so we could get to know each other. You have no idea what it meant to me, when you would bring me in the latest information that you read regarding MS for my sister. Diane, my prayers and thoughts are with you and your family at this time in your lives. If there is anything I can do, I am here for you. God Bless all of you, and remember that your wife, mother, grandmother, and great grand-mother is now your guardian angel watching over each and every one of you.
Love,
Monica

I don't know much about Mimi but I met her through my boyfriend, Jace Larsen, one of her grandsons. I've only met and hung out with her once or twice but it's evident how great of a person she is.
I remember the first time I met Mimi and Papa. Jace took me to their house unannouced and introduced us to each other. The moment I saw the two of them I thought they were the most sweetest couple ever! They were sipping wine in the backyard on a swing in the late Sunday afternoon. Who does that?! They did =] I admired their chemistry towards each other and I'm glad I met them. They invited me to their Christmas luncheon last year and I felt more than welcomed. Mimi gave my sister and I presents! She was a very
thoughtful lady. I think she set a great example for her family because when I met most of them at Thanksgiving and Christmas they were a friendly bunch.
What happened a couple days ago was unexpected and I send my condolences to everyone in her family, especially for her husband. I pray that God's holding you close to him and taking good care of you. I also pray for God to help your family during these difficult times and give them strength &hope... We're all missing you ma. Loving you always!
