Boomer and Deacon (with Prospects) would come every year though Jackson, Wyoming on their way to Sturgis. I was befriended by both at the Cowboy Bar where I worked. I enjoyed Boomers company, he had a great sense of humor.
Last time I saw both of them was backstage at a Waylon Jennings show at the Riviera in Vegas.
You will be missed but I will always smile when I think of you.
RIP my Friend.

Hello my ol friend! I sure do miss you! Still keeping my "Promise". Go there quite often. I think of you always! But you have been on my mind! And today I heard the song "Morning John" by Waylon( as you well know). It put a smile on my face and a pep in my step! It is a rocky road for sure! Missing your smile and your laughter!

Much Love & Respect,

I have been looking for my father Raymond Baker for years. My mother was Sharon Gail Madison and we lived in Indiana and Long Beach. My mother was heavily involved with the Hells Angels before I was born and into the 80´s. I was born in 1973. I have been told that my father was a Hells Angel. I came upon this obit after watching a documentary. If this Raymond could potentially be my father I would like to connect with his family. My mother has since passed but I would like to connect with family. My phone number is 801-419-3490. UT number but I live in OR. I know this is a long shot but if you are reading this and related to Ray please contact me. TY in advance for your time.

8-25-11For some reason today I was just thinking of my friend Boomer, its been a while since I've seen my old buddy and didn't know how to reach him and decided to Google him and came across this sad news. I will truly miss him.
I met Boomer & Deacon in 1976 when I worked at the Million Dollar Cowboy Bar in Jackson Wyoming. Every year Boomer would come to visit me and bring some prospects with him. We had a ball together and partied many times after the bars closed. I think it was in 1979 or 80 he took me backstage at the Rivera in Vegas at a Waylon show.
If I had known about his funeral, I would have rode there to see him one last time for sure. Man, I'll sure miss your quick wit, humor and laugh. Alan Brunson [email protected]

I worked with Waylon Jennings in '76. Deakon and Boomer rode with us on several tours. Boomer introduced me to Boilermakers in the Cowboy Bar, Jackson Hole.
