Renita Brokaw Obituary
Renita E. Brokaw, 59, of Buckeye, AZ died June 10, 2016. She was born September 10, 1956 to Richard and Margitta Marsden in Ft. Reilly, KS. She served in the US Army achieving the rank of Specialist 4. Most importantly, she was a beloved wife and mother. Renita is survived by her husband, Charles R. Brokaw; sons, Charles J. Brokaw, Palmer Rollin Miller IV (Shauna), and Christopher D. Brokaw; in-laws, Charles and Beverly Brokaw, Anthony (Deanna) Brokaw, and Jim (Sheri) Brokaw; and six grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother, Margitta Mann; father, Karl Steckl, and brother, Wolfgang Steckl. A visitation will be held at 11:00 am with a funeral to follow at 12:00 pm, Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at Thompson Funeral Chapel, 926 S. Litchfield Rd, Goodyear, AZ. Interment will be at National Cemetery of Arizona. The family suggests that donations be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
