Vejnoska, Richard G. Sr.
Born March 20, 1925, Richard G. Vejnoska Sr. died September 1, 2013. He is survived by his four children, eight grandchildren and one grandchild. He was married to Joyce, his wife, of 52 years. Shortly afterwards, He married again February 4, 2004 and is survived by his wife, Sharon and her five children and grandchildren. He was a Syracuse University graduate of engineering, a World War II veteran, employee for Sperry Rand /Boeing Flight Systems for 27 years. He headed the updating of the SP-150 autopilot for Boeing for the commercial jets that are flown today. He was an avid golfer, walker, softball player and ping-pong player. The memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 5, 2013 at Hansen Desert Hills Mortuary; 6500 E. Bell Road; Scottsdale, AZ 85254; 480-991-5800.
