Happy Father's Day Bob!
You were such a good Father, always putting your children first before your wants or needs. It always gave me great joy watching you interact with David & Denny even though you came home from work late or after your second job, hadn't eaten and so very tired. Your family came first. You were a patient man. I miss you! Love You!

It's been raining and gloomy the past 2 days. It brings me back to memories of WI. It's probably very cold & snowing. I remember how you always warmed the car up for the children & me. You were always caring & thoughtful. Missing You,

Happy Father's Day Bob,
I often reminisce our many years together especially the earlier years with David and Denny with fondness. I remember how you would come home from working two jobs tired but never ever too tired to spend time with the children. This was very important to me. While trying to eat dinner late after work your little peanut wanted to be by you. You would lift her up and sit her on the kitchen table in front of you. As you tried to eat, the little peanut would open her mouth like a little bird and you would give her a spoonful and then you would take a bite for yourself. I also remember how Baby Davey would also look forward to you coming home and loved to do the things you did. If you were mowing the lawn you can bet there was a little guy following you in your footsteps with his little lawn mower. I also remember when you worked late you sometimes would sit on the porch steps at night watering the grass. David and Denny loved these quiet times with you. You were always there for your children and very much involved in their every day life. You always had time for your family. My love for you grew stronger and stronger each day as I witnessed your love for your family. I was so proud of you. I was very blessed and I'm so thankful that God gave you to me and am very gratefull that we had 48 1/2 years together. I love and miss you. Maureen

Hi Bob, Friday was your birthday. While I was at work I sang Happy Birthday to you several times and wished you the happiest birthday ever.I still feel the pain of our loss. I miss you so much. I will not question why you were taken from us. I trust in Gods plan. His plan is for the good. I truly believe this. I admit that sometimes it is hard to do because I miss you so much. Love Always,Maureen

I remember Mr. and Mrs. Grams - Denny's parents. Mr. Grams had his own style and I'm humbled to say I knew him. He raised two great kids and I'm proud to call one of them my friend. Denny - you and your whole family will be in my thoughts and prayers. I lost my dad 2 1/2 years ago and I still think of what they taught us growing up; our kids could learn a lot from them! Miss you Denny. Take care.

Bob and Maureen were the best neighbors anyone could have on 4th street. There are so many memories of Bob but my favorite is this one. The hospital called and my dad was dying of cancer and I needed to get to the hospital so I called the Grams to see if Denny could watch the boys, she was not home, only Bob was home, who of course, came right over to help. I went to the hospital and when I came home and walked in the door of my house there was Bob sitting in the chair, in one arm was Baby Brent and the other arm a loaf of bread. My eyes are tearing up as I write this. You were and always will be the best "neighbor" ever. I am privilaged to have lived next door to one of the finest families. Heaven has received an angel.
