Robert Mothershead Obituary

Mothershead, Robert Charles
59, a retired attorney and founder of a prominent Phoenix-based law firm, passed away in Scottsdale on August 16, 2013. A native of Glendale, he will be remembered as a former high school football star who enjoyed snow and water skiing and was a master scuba diver. Bob was a cunning adversary in both the racquetball and legal courts. Bob loved to entertain family for holidays and friends for themed "Dallas" parties. He is survived by his children, Charles Thomas Mothershead of Phoenix, and Jennifer Lynn Mothershead of New York, NY. May the cool skies be crisp and your slope a Black Diamond.

I knew Bob very well in fact he represented some of our consulting clients in the 1980s on. He was a very ethical lawyer, his work was his bond and his legal advice always on point.

My deepest sympathies to his family. Bob helped me a great deal. He was my boss, my lawyer, and a good friend to me when I lived in Arizona.
