Robert Rebbec Obituary
96, of Sun City, AZ, passed away on Sunday, January 31, 2016 at home. The son of Michael and Rozena (Freres) Rebbec, he was born Nov 15, 1919, in Bartonville, IL. Robert married Marjorie Jean Martin in Peoria, IL. She preceded him in death. Surviving are two sons, Robert E Rebbec (Diane) and Martin (Patti) all of Bloomington, IL. Bob has 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. He has one brother, Roger Rebbec of Bartonville, still surviving. Also surviving is his long time companion, Nevada Maas, of Sun City, AZ. Preceding him in death were his parents, his brothers Raymond, Edward, and William and a sister, Marie Schriner. Visitation will be at 1:00 p.m. with funeral service at 2:00 p.m., Friday, February 5, 2016 at Menke Funeral Home, 12420 N. 103rd Ave., Sun City, AZ. BOB, YOU SURELY WILL BE MISSED BY ALL YOUR POOL PLAYING FRIENDS AND THERE ARE A LOT OF THEM! WE ARE SHOCKED TO HEAR OF YOUR PASSING BECAUSE NOT LONG AGO YOU CAME IN DURING THE POOL TOURNAMENT AT LAKEVIEW TO SAY HELLO AND WATCH A WHILE LIKE YOU ALWAYS DID. WE WILL MISS YOUR SMILES AND WORDS OF ENCOURAGEMENT BOB.
