Robert Rossow Obituary

Rossow, Robert Joel
(Bob/RJ), 74 of Sun Lakes, AZ, formerly of Newton, MA, passed away Sunday, April 21, 2013 after a valiant and inspiring battle with pancreatic cancer. He is survived by his wife SaraRuth, his three sons Scott (Tracey) of New Jersey, Carl (Cindy) and Adam (Marla) of Denver, his six grandchildren, two step-daughters Miche (Noah) Stacey (Holly) and two step-grandchildren. He also leaves a sister Marcia in Israel. Robert was a selfless man whose caring ways had a profound impact on everyone he touched. He had a zest for life, and he went about all his pursuits, be it his time at Wharton and Annenberg, his career in sales and broadcasting, his philanthropic endeavors, or the activities that he loved with thoughtfulness, dedication, and a contagious joy. Above all, Robert cherished his family, friendships and his community. Donations can be made in his name to the SaraRuth and Robert Rossow Women and Children in Crisis Fund through the Jewish Free Loan of Phoenix and Dana Farber Cancer Research. Services held at Sun Lakes Congregation Chapel at 11:00 a.m. on April 23rd.
