Robert Schwarz Obituary

Schwarz, Robert "Bob" Eric
50, of Peoria, Arizona passed away on April 17, 2016. Born on January 17, 1966 in Long Beach, California, to parents Douglas Ward Schwarz and Michele Wallace Schwarz (Rich), Bob was raised in and later returned to Southern California for several years. In 1984, he graduated from Wheaton North High School in Wheaton, Illinois before moving to Mesa, Arizona. He graduated from Scottsdale Culinary Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona with a degree in Culinary Operations as well as Hospitality and Restaurant Management. He worked primarily in various areas of the food and beverage industry, spending his final 16 years as a liquor sales representative. Bob is survived by his partner, Jennifer Skinner of Phoenix, Arizona; Jennifer's sons, Tristin and Tyler Skinner; his mother and step-father, Michele and Ronald Rich of Clarkdale, Arizona; his sister and brother-in-law, Lisa and Martin Harris of Phoenix, Arizona; and his nieces, Abigail and Hannah Harris. He is preceded in death by his father, Douglas Schwarz of Peoria, Arizona. Bob was a social, active man who was a devoted race fan for all of his life. He enjoyed sharing his love of all forms of auto racing, football, music, and cooking, as well as numerous outdoor activities such as mountain bike riding, camping, and kayaking. His family and friends will always remember him as an outgoing, fun-loving, and generous man. A private memorial will be held for immediate family at a later date, where Bob's ashes will be scattered at one of his favorite places. The exact spot will be recorded, marked, and disclosed to those wishing to visit Bob at his final resting place.
