My deepest sympathy to the Family and Friends of Rudy. I worked with Rudy at the PO and he was always so kind and loved telling stories of his family and grandchildren. I've had numerous health problems and had been off of work for a very long time and when I returned he walked up to me and shook my hand and in his palm was a $20.00 bill. I refused the money but he insisted and asked that when I can -to do the same for someone else. I have since done that several times always thinking of Rudy. God has blessed him with his presence and I ask that he send the Holy Spirit to guide and be with his family.

My Beloved Brother Rudy, your memorial services was so heart felt. It was everything you wanted and deserved as a Decorated Veteran.
We also had a Doughtnut Party in your Honor just as you wished.
Your Children and Grandchildren were dressed alike, they were just beautiful as always.
We are all missing you so much, we are trying to be strong just like you asked.
My heart goes out to Chata and your kids and your grandkids. It hurts me to see them hurt so much.

Uncle Rudy,

I felt a tremendous amount of sadness when my Dad, Danny, told me of your passing. I've always known you to be a peaceful, and loving man. I especially liked the story you told me about your experience in Vietnam, seeing my dad in Vietnam, and telling me the level of proffessional soldier my dad was. I also remember you telling how my Dad saved your life in Vietnam, you didn't go into details, but I saw, and felt the love and respect you have always had for my father. You helped me love my father even more....I'll miss you uncle Rudy, and I will see you again. Peace Be with You.

We were both SO saddened to hear of Rudy's passing. We all have lost a really good guy, but we know he is now without pain and suffering and we will see him again someday. We both knew Rudy from the Post Office and have so many good memories of him, and we loved hearing stories about his grandkids. I also loved his story about the day in Vietnam that an angel walked with him down a treacherous road. Well, he is now surrounded by so many angels that when it rains, we will know that he's telling them such a funny story that they are all weeping. To his WHOLE family and friends, may God Bless you and keep you; we extend our deepest sympathy to you. RIP, Rudy!

To our Comadre Mary, Norma, Jaime, Wedo, Danny and family. When Rudy and I were boys we first met as freshmen at Phoenix Union. He was one of the first people I met and our friendship began not knowing that we would be friends for life and have a special kinship as Compadres. We cherish Compa Rudy's memory as a husband, father, compadre and friend. When we were in the guard together he gave of himself to all of us. Compa Rudy was very unselfish with his love and friendship many, many people loved him and were happy to know him. We couldn't have asked for a better blessing than to have Compa Rudy in our lives. God Bless all of you and remember God's word say's that "Joy comes in the morning". Love, Compadres Ruben and Yvonne
