Dear Charlie:
My sincerest sympathy to you and your family. As you know we have been friends since you lived in Fresh Meadows. She was a wonderful, out-going and fun-loving person. I will miss hearing from her. God bless you and your family and keep you well.

Having known Ruth & Charlie for many years, we shall miss the e-mails which was our way of keeping in touch. The yearly Christmas letter is something we looked forward to and enjoyed very much.
One thing we do remember is the trip to Jamaica. That was many years ago, our sons and their daughters were about the same age. We so enjoyed our week with Ruth & Charlie. It is a memory we treasure.

Charlie and family,
I was saddened to hear of Ruth's passing. Her spirit and memories of her will continue to be with you all. I fondly remember the many memories I have of her as a beautfication pioneer in Glen Cove. She will be sadly missed. May God be with you all in your time of mourning. I will call you soon, Charlie
