Sherri Honey,

It has been 6 months today since you passed away. I miss you so very much. I think of you and talk to you every day. I miss all of our times we spent together, all of our hikes, talks. I wish I could just hug you one more time, tell you what a wonderful daughter you were. Jeff still misses you very much also. I do talk to him every couple of weeks or so. Bonnie, has moved to Phoenix. She was looking so forward to spending more time with you. I will be going up to see both of them from time to time. They will also come down once in a while. We just wish you could be here to enjoy all of us being together.

It is so hard to believe it has been 6 months. I keep thinking you will be walking in the door at anytime from work.

I love you and always will. I know as time passes it is supposed to be a little easier. But, this is not happening yet. You are in my thoughts and prayers everyday. I hope you are at peace and happy. One day I will be with you again.

Love you honey, more than words can express.

My Dear Sherri, Only now have I been able to bring myself to say good-bye. I have been going through pictures of us as kids and remembering all the summers you came to stay with me. What times those were! From changing your diapers because (my) Uncle Bud (your dad) could't, to having you stay with me as a little kid, then sassy teenager, to you becoming a young woman, then drifting our separate ways as you reached full womanhood. What a beautiful woman you turned out to be.

Your life was so short, but your spirit will live on through us all. I love you Sherri Lynn! I always did and always will. Your cousin Kimmie

I'll always remember how happy Sherri was when she was teaching science to middle school kids at Vista del Sur Middle school. She just beamed when they would discover a concept that she had taught them

Dearest Sherri,

As with some who have gone before, you are too full of life to ever really be gone.

You will live always, in sweet memories and in love.

We will go about our lives and then suddenly your face or perhaps your beautiful smile will cross our minds and we will be sure that you share in the a very private moment and then we, as well as you, will feel peace.

Love,

Bonnie

Sherri ... I am thankful that I was able to get to know you and have lots of great memories of the times spent with you (Reverend Horton Heat & Supersuckers shows will always remind me of you). I will never forget you and hope that you got as much pleasure from our friendship as I did.

Love, Johnny.

Dear Sherri,

Remember when we all sang that song together "Hooked on a feeling"? I'm playing that as I write to you. Now it's one of my favorites and of course I think of you whenever it plays. I know you were in pain and now you are on the other side. Just by us thinking of you will keep us all connected as we really all are. One day we'll all get together again on the other side and sing those songs one more time. Goodbye for now. I love you.

Your friend and Jeff's brother, John.

I still have great difficulty accepting the fact that you are no longer here.

Please know that I will continue to love you for the rest of my life. If I live to be 1000 years old, not a day will pass where you will not be in my thoughts.

It is my sincerest hope that wherever you may be now, that you are experiencing the happiness and comfort that is owed to you. While the discomfort of being separated from you is unbearable, I feel truly blessed that I was lucky enough to have the opportunity share part of your life with you.

Thank you so much for affording me the honor and privilege of knowing you.
