William "Bill" Martin Obituary
80, of Scottsdale, Arizona passed away on April 9, 2015. Bill was born in Los Angeles and grew up in Whittier, California. There he met the love of his life, Peggy. Bill and Peggy were married for over 60 years and together raised two daughters, Kelly and Tracy. Bill retired after 35 years as a Wonder Bread salesman. After retirement, he and Peggy moved to Scottsdale. Bill was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He loved the outdoors, camping, boating, and fishing. He also loved a good joke, appreciated a classic car, and enjoyed a fine bourbon. But above all else, he loved his family. All those that left before him will be so happy to see him again. Those that are still here will be surrounded by his loving memory. Bill is survived by his wife, Peggy Martin, daughter Kelly Martin-Schlose (Tim Schlose) daughter, Tracy Massie (Greg Massie) grandchildren Shawn Massie, Katie Massie (Bo Orlowski), Taylor Martin-Schlose and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. A celebration of his life will take place at a later date.
