Albert G. Gutierrez, Sr., passed away at home on Monday, January 15, 2019 surround by his loving family. He was born May 24, 1923 in St. Johns, Arizona. He worked at Bellemont Army Depot as a truck driver.
He is pre-deceased by his wife, Lucy who passed in 1996 and his youngest son, Leonard who passed in 2002.
Albert is survived by his oldest son Albert, Jr. (Gloria) and middle son, Rudy; grandchildren Sherie Rascon (Hector), Albert Ray Gutierrez and Joseph Gutierrez. Great-grandchildren, Michael Rascon, Angelo Rascon and Alexandria Arroyo (John). Great-great grandchildren Michael Rascon Bergstad, Delilah Rascon, Angelo Rascon, John Arroyo IV and Ruby Arroyo.
Services are Friday, January 26, 2018 Rosary at 9am, Funeral Mass at 10am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, 224 S. Kendrick St. Military honors will conclude services at the church. Private burial will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Norvel Owens Mortuary.
