Janet Partlow Obituary
Janet Ilene Partlow, 65, of Flagstaff died Feb. 8, 2014, at the Olivia White Hospice Home. She was born Dec. 16, 1948, in Valparaiso, Ind. Visitation will be Friday at 1 p.m., followed by funeral services at 2 p.m., at the Norvel Owens Mortuary; interment will conclude services at Citizens Cemetery. Norvel Owens Mortuary, www.norvelowensmortuary.com, is handling the arrangements.
