Margaret Catherine (Dohs) Mrozek, age 81, of San Diego, died peacefully Wednesday, November 04, 2020, in Hillcrest Heights Healthcare Center. She was born September 23, 1939, in Chicago, Illinois to Joseph and Edna (Erickson) Dohs. Margaret was married to Paul Lee Mrozek from 1959 until their divorce in 1972. They became friends again during their final years. In 1999, Margaret achieved her greatest accomplishment, earning a Registered Nurse license. She traveled all over the U.S. and practiced nursing for almost 30 years right up until her death. Margaret will be greatly missed by family and friends. She is survived by five children, Mary L., Paula J. Paul W. all of Texas, Carl M. of Arizona, an anonymous child of Illinois, one brother, Hank Dohs, and his wife Nancy of Arizona. Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, her ex-husband, a brother David Dohs and a sister Karen Rachuj, both of Wisconsin. Margaret's remains were cremated and scattered at sea off of the coast of San Diego.
