Robert Hamblen Obituary

Robert Earl Hamblen, 39, passed away October 5th. He is survived by his wife Laura Rodriguez-Hamblen, Son Alexander Hamblen, Daughters Nicole and Isabel Hamblen, step sons Jeremy Lucas and Jordan Rodriguez, and siblings Veronica Moroyoqui-Ford, Gerald Ford, Linda Hamblen-Moroyoqui, and Anthony Hamblen. He was born in Bisbee, AZ on July 15, 1973 to Robert Earl Hamblen Sr. and Yolanda Moroyoqui-Hamblen (both Deceased). He spent his formative years in Tucson and Phoenix and moved to Flagstaff in 2000 to attend NAU and raise a family. Robert was a dedicated and caring pharmacy technician at Fry's Food and Drug. Robert was a loving husband and father. He will be remembered for his big hart and sense of humor. He was always willing to help a friend or even a stranger. Robert was a member of the Knight's of Columbus, helping to provide for those in need. He enjoyed rooting for the Phoenix Suns, Cardinals and Diamondbacks, but especially loved international soccer. Robert loved a good game of billiards or table tennis. Rosary will be Thursday 10am at St. Pius X with Mass to Follow at 11am with burial at Calvary Cemetery. Arrangements by Norvel Owens Mortuary. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to an education trust at Wells Fargo for his minor children. Condolences may be left for the family at www.norvelowensmortuary.com.
