Ruby Alice Kelsey, 89, native of Flagstaff, Arizona, left us, surrounded by family on February 10, 2026.
A devoted wife and loving grandmother and great-grandmother, Ruby was preceded by her parents, Charlie and Frances. Services will be held at Norvel Owens Mortuary on February 21 at 10 a.m. For more information, visit norvelowensmortuary.com.
