Cindy was my cousin and I just heard of the terrible news July 29th. I am shocked and saddened by the bad news. She was so young. I always remember her being really sweet and cheerful. I will miss her dearly and I hope her mother makes it through this tragedy...my aunt, Viola. Again I am so sorry for her and her friends and family. Sincerely, Lance Laughlin
