Frank Tinoco Obituary
August 22, 1939 – August 2, 2025
Bakersfield – Frank passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his family. He leaves behind his wife Lupe Tinoco, four children, JoAnn (David) Lozano, Nancy (Delfino) Neira, Frank (Terry) Tinoco Jr, and Benny (Islaura) Tinoco, 11 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and was a soon to be great-great-grandpa.
Frank was a supervisor for the City of Bakersfield's Department of Water.
Frank loved golfing, swimming, biking, gardening, and camping in Pismo beach with his family.
He was preceded in death by his two grandchildren Nick Neira and Maria Lozano.
He will be deeply missed.
Services will be held Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at 10am, at Greenlawn Mortuary Southwest.
