JAXON CHARLES DANIEL FERNBERG

December 17, 2012 - May 15, 2022

Jaxon Charles Daniel Fernberg was born to Jeffrey and Jennifer Fernberg on December 17, 2012. Jaxon was the youngest brother of Joseph M., Jared L., and Justin O. Fernberg. On May 8, 2022, Jaxon was diagnosed with Acute Myelomonoblastic Leukemia, he was admitted to Valley Children's Hospital the same day. Sunday, May 15, 2022, at 8:52pm Jaxon's heart beat for the last time and we kissed our baby goodbye.

Jaxon was a very kind, caring, giving, and loving child. He had the biggest blue eyes with the longest eyelashes. His skin would be golden brown tan in the summer with his sun-bleached hair. He was beautiful.

Jaxon was very selfless and once held a food drive for the Wounded Heroes for his birthday that year. Jaxon loved to garden with me and working in the shop with his dad. He spent many hours with his brothers and his cousins, they would swim, laugh, fight, and love each other. Jaxon will be very missed.

Jaxon had many friends and wonderful teachers at Rio Bravo Elementary School. He was a great student, a quick learner, and a very good friend. He loved to play soccer, run track, and learning. He loved the color blue because so many of his favorite things are blue like the ocean, lakes, and the sky. Jaxon enjoyed the simple things and the wonder of life around him.

Thank you for all the love and support that has been given to our family during this difficult time.

Sweet Jaxon was beautiful inside and out. He was a friend of my son, Nathaniel. Nathaniel loved Jaxon deeply and always talked about his "best friend since first grade". When we finally had the famous Jaxon over to play, it was easy to see why he was so loved. Jaxon was just so sweet, so nice, and so easygoing. We will remember Jaxon forever. Lifting you all up in love and prayer.

Dear Family and Friends of Jaxon, I happened to see his beautiful smile that touched me deeply! I'm a retired teacher and I know that right now Jaxon's teachers and school staff are heart-broken, too! We spend most of the day with your children and they then become our children, too! We love them and remember them as the years go by and hope that they have a safe and happy life. We don't want to read that didn't happen for some of them! Your Jaxon was taken too soon. Your sorrow is felt by many, even from me a stranger! But what joy, you were able to have during the years he was there with you...smiling that big smile. I know you feel blessed that you had those years! May all his love come through and comfort you!
