Jon Turner Obituary

Jon Robert Turner was born on August 5, 1975, in Bakersfield, CA. and was a lifelong area resident. He was a beloved son, father, partner, brother and friend to many.
Jon was a devoted father and loved nothing more than spending time with his daughter Indie. Jon spent the majority of his life either on a skateboard or outdoors. Jon loved hiking and fishing throughout the Kern River Valley and surrounding communities.
He is survived by his daughter, Indie Lou Turner; life partner, Emma Dashtipour; mother and step-father, Dawn and George Ogden; sister, Jill Dillion and brother, Joey Turner.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Elmer and Joyce Ezell.
In honor of the humble life he led, a small gathering of close family and friends was held on Sunday, December 19th at the park overlooking
Lake Ming.
