I miss you every day Dad. I miss your crazy sense of humor. I miss how you always put a smile on everyones face around you with your antics and Lonnieisms. You were always there for someone, anyone who needed help. I took your good nature and having you there when I needed you for granted. The kids still use you sayings and still ask me to tell stories about you all the time. You will never be forgotten and will always be missed. I love you Dad!

I can’t even believe it’s been over a year since you left us Dad. I hope you know that not a day goes by that I don’t think about you. I try and keep your Lonnieisms alive by saying them to my wife and kids. You must have really made an impression on Trevor because he talks about you still and sometimes cries saying he misses you. I don’t think you ever understood what an impact and impression you really made on people. You are dearly missed and I really regret not calling more and trying to decipher what your saying. I want to hear your voice and your laugh again so bad. You have always been there and supported any decision I ever made good or bad. I miss you Dad and I Love you dearly. By the way I heard you on someone else’s voicemail and then it was gone. Hey C.E. Is all it was but I went to play it back and it wasn’t there.

Fuzzy,Patty,Bob and Chad, Sometimes life just isn't fair not when someone like our sweet Lonnie is taken away. When I wanted to talk to Lonnie a couple of weeks ago Fuzzy said he didn't want to talk because he knew I ("Ma") would cry and he was right. Having long talks with both Robb Pence and Steve Schaefer last Saturday reminded me just how very much he was loved. Chad, remember when you, your Dad and I went golfing and you ordered a "duckfart" drink at bar? The two of us looked at you like you were crazy, laughing so hard. Patty remember what I asked you to do on Friday for me since I can't be there. I'll talk to you tomorrow night. Love you guys. Sending much love and hugs from Missouri.

We made it to the beach dad.

The type of Dad that you were always excited to meet your new friends. We acted embarrassed but in reality we couldn't wait for you to crack them up. Coolest, funniest, most generous Dad ever. Thank you for all the laughs. You are missed beyond belief. I love you.
