I´m just now seeing this and I´m so very sad... Marilyn was my boss way back in the late 70s and the dialysis unit when Mercy had a dialysis unit she was everything her obituary says she was very caring. She had a good sense of humor and she was very vivacious... It´s just really hard even though I know we´re all elderly at this point, but it´s still really difficult to read this... My absolute best to her family.

I am so saddened to hear of Marilynn's passing. I am privileged to have called her a friend. She was a wonderful nurse additionally blessed with an extraordinary sense of humor. My days in the hospital were always brightened when I encountered Marilynn and her bubbly personality. I extend my deepest sympathies to her family.

Dear sweet Marilyn, who I met when we both were working at Mercy Hospital downtown. She was like a bright light for anyone who met her. I am saddened to hear of her passing, but will hold memories I have forever especially when I had her over for lunch. RIP, my dear friend.

I loved Marilyn and was so happy to work with her at Memorial Hospital. Got to know her better as I was young when she was married to my uncle but got to know her more during our employment. I´m in Idaho visiting my son or I would have attended her mass. I´m sure she will be missed by all her sweet sons and grandchildren. Rest in peace sweet aunt! Mary Ellen Sakowski Thomas
