Marvin Lee (Bud) Pruitt
August 17, 1934 - November 16, 2017
Served in the Navy 1951-1955 (USS Iowa) Born in Welaka, OK to Irvin and Eva Pruitt, survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Wanda, son Byron (Kim), daughter Brenda Brown (Albert), son Gary (Kelly), daughter Becky Bollinger (Greg), 25 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, sister-in-law Kay Webb (Doug), sister Wanetta Porterfield, and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. He will always be remembered for his big voice and even bigger heart.
Service will be at Bakersfield National Cemetery November 28 at 1:15. Family would like to thank the caring staff at Hoffman Hospice. In lieu of flowers, please donate to CBCC or Hoffman Hospice.
