Randy Pigg Obituary

Randy Keith Pigg went home to Jesus on November 27, 2015. Randy was born to his parents Glenna Sue Pigg and Vernal Jerry Pigg and big sister Terri. He was always a happy little guy, into everything and loved making people laugh. He attended Foothill High School where he was involved in the band, ran cross country, and played football. He was a part of Fellowship of Christian Athletes where he came to know Jesus as his Savior when he was in 8th grade. He was part of the Halls Ambulance Explorers throughout high school. He attended Bakersfield College where he attained several degrees. He worked as a paramedic throughout Southern California, worked as a part time firefighter with Kern county, and was a firefighter with BLM. In 1999 he joined the Army and served his country as a combat medic until 2006. After the Army he worked in the KMC Trauma Unit. He also was an umpire with KCOA.
He is preceded in death by his father Jerry Pigg. Left to cherish his memories are his mother Glenna Pigg, loving wife Carol Pigg, sons Michael Pigg, Kristopher Pigg, and Eric Pigg, daughter and sons by marriage Alicia Moreno, Patrick Mills, and Jessie McCombs, sister Terri 'Pigg' Thompson, seven grandchildren and two nephews.
A visitation will be held on December 2, from 4-8pm at Hillcrest Memorial Park at 9101 Kern Canyon Road., Bakersfield, CA, 93306.
