Reba Marie Nolan

Reba Marie Nolan was born in Campbell, Missouri and moved to California in 1933. She graduated from Taft High School and married Kenneth Louis Nolan in 1945. As a fifty year resident of North Bakersfield, Marie worked as a bank teller for Crocker Bank (Wells Fargo) for 29 years until she retired in 1988. She loved her family and continually prayed for them. Her children and grandchildren are a testament to her faith in God. She spent the last few years tending her beautiful flowers and plants. Marie was seventy-nine years old. Marie is survived by her husband Kenny Nolan; daughter, Rhonda (Paul) Smith, son Kirk (Christi) Nolan and daughter Kimberly (Michael) Molina. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and seven great grand children. Visitation will be held at Kern River Family Mortuary, 1900 North Chester Avenue, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, May 5, 2006, with the memorial services being held on Saturday, May 6, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. at Calvary Chapel Westbrook, 6501 Schirrah Court, Bakersfield. The family wishes to express our thanks to God for Marie's life and the love that she shared with us and with this community. These last ten years have been the best part of our marriage, love Daddy.
