Tommy G. Estrada Sr. October 12, 1948 -June 25, 2013 Tommy G. Estrada Sr. passed away peacefully in his sleep after a long battle with his disease. No matter how bad things got, he always had a since of humor and a smile on his face. When he was asked "How are you doing?" he always answered, "Doing good", despite the obvious. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Stella Estrada. He is survived by his former wife Joanna Estrada, his sisters Michelle Roberts and Penelope Estrada, his sons Tommy Estrada Jr. and Richard and Cindy Estrada. His grandchildren from Tommy are Kyle Sheppard, Kinnedy Peterson, Noah and Lance Estrada. His grandchildren from Richard are Samantha, Tyler, Hayden, Cohen, and Chloe Estrada. He loved his family and grandchildren more than the world. During his lifetime he enjoyed riding for the local vets, thank you Army Dave, he felt honored to be apart of this. Another passion he had was his civilian marksmanship matches. He was rated expert in his class, thank you Bill for being a great shooting coach. When he rode, he rode hard and when he shot, he shot straight. He will always be in our hearts and will be deeply missed by all that knew him. Private gathering. www.bakersfield.com/obits
