I am a neighbor of Alex's. We used to talk out on the lawn. One of the cats he fed was very fond of my dogs and he would always run out to greet us when we walked by. I just saw Alex recently when I was going by and he waved. He was a sweet man and a good neighbor. I just can't believe this. I'll always think of him feeding the cats that lived on his porch. I just walked over to his house and one of the cats was purring and waiting for dinner. It is just not real to me. I've lived in the neighborhood for close to 20 years and I knew Julia as well. A wonderful lovely woman. She was a gem and she had a nice son. I'll miss walking by and seeing Alex. He was too young and he appeared to enjoy life - especially puttering around his house and yard. Such a loss.

We are so sorry that we where not able to be with you. YOu are in our thoughts and prayers. Best regards to all. Hopefully we will see you sometime when you are in Florida. You know we always like to see you.
