On September 6, 2016, Andrew A. Tyrie, Jr., went home to be with Our Lord, Jesus Christ; beloved husband of the late Myrtle A. Tyrie (nee Morningstern); devoted father of Lana Pass and husband Ralph, Janis Savage and husband Sheldon Bey, Donald Tyrie and wife Leah; loving grandfather of Kimberley Pass, Rick Pass and wife Heather, Kelly Savage and husband Sharad Goel, Anna Park and husband Rob, Sean Tyrie and wife Kaity, Matt Tyrie and wife Paige; cherished great-grandfather of Ian and Kaelynn Pass, Odin Pass, Henry and Julia Park, Reagan Tyrie. Relatives and friends will gather at Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc., 9705 Belair Rd., Nottingham MD 21236, on Friday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Additional visitation will be held at Oak Crest Chapel on Saturday 9-9:30 a.m., with a funeral service at 9:30 a.m. at Oak Crest Chapel. Interment Parkwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Perry Hall United Methodist Church, 9515 Belair Rd., Baltimore MD 21236 or Oak Crest Scholarship Fund, 8800 Walther Blvd., Baltimore MD 21234.
