"Realize what"

To realize the value of ten years:

Ask a newly divorced couple.

To Realize the value of four years:

Ask the recent graduate.

To realize the value of one year:

Ask a student who has failed the final exam.

To realize the value of 9 months: ask a mother who has recently given birth to a premature baby.

To realize the value of one week: Ask the editor on a weekly newspaper.

To realize the value of one hour:

Ask the lovers who are waiting to meet.

To realize the value of one minute: Ask the person who has missed the train, bus, or plane.

To realize the value of one second: ask a person who has survived an accident.

To realize the value of a millisecond: ask the person who has won a silver medal in the olympics.

Time waits for no one. Treasure every moment you have. You will treasure it even more when you can share it with someone special.

To ralize the value of a friend: Lose one.

Tim & Vicki,

You are in our thoughts daily. We pray that peace finds you quickly. A dear friend lost her husband suddenly this summer and she found great comfort in the following quote. I hope you find a little as well.

Love, Cynthia & Jason Simon

"And at night you will look up at the stars. Where I live everything is so small that I cannot show you where my star is to be found. It is better like that. My star will be just one of the stars, for you. And so you will love to watch all the stars in the heavens. They will all be your friends. ... In one of the stars I shall be living. In one of them I shall be laughing. And so it will be as if all the stars were laughing, when you look at the sky at night. ...And when your sorrow is comforted...you will be content that you have known me. You will always be my friend. You will want to laugh with me. ....."Antoine de Saint-Exupery, from The Little Prince

It is nearly impossible to understand God's ways and why he chooses some of us to join him earlier than others. You will always have your beautiful angel watching out for your family now. Speak and listen to Andrew often through prayer and through the love you share with one another. We hope that you somehow find strength through this unbearable pain. We are all praying for you.
