Betty Jane Ehudin

EHUDIN , Betty Jane On August 30, 2012, BETTY JANE EHUDIN, beloved wife of the late Herman Ehudin, passed away peacefully. She is survived by three loving daughters, Eileen Ehudin Beard, Roslyn Zinner, and Lori Hagedorn; sons-in-law Michael Beard, David Zinner, and Douglas Hagedorn; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Irving and Roz Ehudin. She cherished her grandchildren, Leah Zinner Gottesman and husband Dave Gottesman, Jonathan Pagano, Naomi Zinner, Emily Pagano, Noah Pagano, Melanie Samet and husband Brian Samet, and Erik Olesker. Betty and Herman lived in Baltimore for 60 years. They were among the founders of Temple Emanuel, were Federal Hill Urban Homesteaders in the early 70s, and Betty owned an interior decorator store, Department of the Interior. Betty will be remembered as a warm, generous, and gutsy lady who never gave up on life.
Funeral services will be held at 2:15 PM on Sunday, September 2, 2012 at the Oakland Mills Interfaith Center at 5885 Robert Oliver Place in Columbia, MD. Burial at Beth Tfiloh Cemetery in Woodlawn, MD. Shiva at the Zinner residence, 8112 Sea Water Path in Columbia MD, on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday at 7:30 PM.
