A funeral service will be held at St. James Episcopal Church, 3100 Monkton Road, Monkton, MD 21111 on Saturday, December 13, 2025 at 12 PM. Interment Private. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be directed in Mr. Dailey's memory to St. James Episcopal Church, 3100 Monkton Road, Monkton, MD 21111.

I worked with Chuck for many years and had nothing but the utmost respect for his professionalism and support for friends, and co-workers.
