Kevin and Sheila,
I just learned this evening, 4/28/2014 of Christopher's untimely passing. My heartfelt sympathies go out to both of you. From what I read in the obituary, he
accomplished many wonderful things in his personal and professional life. Looking at his picture, I cannot get over how much he resembled his father and my brother, Freddie. It shames me tremendously that I have not stayed in touch with the three of you all these many years. I can't begin to imagine the pain you both must feel over losing such a wonderful son and brother. You both must feel very proud and blessed to have had him in your life. I will keep Christopher and the two of you in my thoughts and prayers. I deeply, deeply regret that I have not stayed in with all of you all these many years. I missed the opportunity to know a nephew that any Uncle would be proud to have.
My deepest sympathies, condolences and
love, Uncle Bobby.

I met Chris in 1997 through a mutual friend who sang with the Gay Men's Chorus. Although I was not a member, I loved the music and attended many performances over the years.
Chris was a consistent familiar face at those events and I would often take the opportunity to do a quick catch up with him during intermissions or at events afterward.
He was a good friend to me during good times and bad and I will miss him very much. He is in my thoughts and prayers.

My condolences. I am saddened at the news...much too soon, a big loss. His singing voice came from deep and resonated long. Always a thrill to hear. Love you fella. sAm

Chris and I re-connected a few years ago when I moved back to MA after my divorce. We met for lunch and talked about our lives as if no time had passed. After that it went back to the comfortable conversations of old friends. I am so impressed with Chris and his wonderful giving spirit. I will miss my friend, but I will see him again, God willing, on the other side. Rest in Peace Chris, and keep the mic warmed up for me.

You are my brother in song. You are a funny and caring person. I miss your biting wit, your haikus and your piercing blue eyes. I also miss your beautiful voice, snuffed too soon. All the best to his family.
