I heard about this only this morning, and my heart is breaking for all of you. Your dad was one of the good dads, that every kid wanted. He was always around to talk and listen, had plenty of jokes, and more often than not when I would come by, he would be carving a new hole in the wall to dig out one of Cindy's escaped critters. I know he loved his grandchildren dearly and he treated my sons just as nicely. I wish I wasn't so far away and that I could be there for you now.

Lucy and I send our heartfelt condolences to the entire Decker family. Dave and Mai were wonderful neighbors, he was always there to lend a hand. I am so sorry that this had to happen, he will be truly missed.
