Debra Rice Obituary

Debra Ann Rice, 62, of Saint Johns, FL passed away on January 24, 2019 at her home in the loving care of her children, Misty and Kenny. She had been battling serious pulmonary issues over the last five years. She was born on June 11, 1956 in Washington DC to the late Herman Richard Brady and Barbara Brady Bale. She was a kind and loving mother, sister, aunt and friend that will be greatly missed. Debra graduated from Laurel High School in Prince George's County, Maryland and attended Chemeketa Community College in Salem, Oregon. She spent the vast majority of her career working in retail organizations and a number of those years in a supervisory role. She loved to read, watch movies and spend time with her family. She is survived by her daughter, Misty Listner and her son, Kenny Rice of Saint Johns, FL; her sister Lynn Frater Morrow of Glen Bernie, MD; her nephews Harrison Frater and Ethan Frater of Glen Burnie, MD, Daniel Leonard, David Livermore and Joseph Livermore of Saint Johns, FL; and her niece Candice Houck of Baltimore, MD. She is predeceased by her father Herman Richard Brady; her mother Barbara Brady Bale; her brothers Richard Brady and Mathew Brady; and her sister Laura Livermore.
