Donald Abbott Obituary
On September 2, 2017, Donald Waring Abbott; beloved husband of the late Paola Antonelli; cherished father of Kathy Abbott (Dr. Gary Pushkin) and Leslie (Tom) Strunge; devoted brother of Richard Dunbar Abbott; adored grandfather of Arianna Pushkin, Jeremy Pushkin, Ethan Strunge, and Daniel Strunge; loving son of the late Eleanor and John Abbott. A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 8, 2017 at 12 Noon at the Church of the Resurrection, 3175 Paulskirk Dr, Ellicott City, MD 21042. Please omit flowers. Contributions in his memory may be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38015. The family will be receiving following the memorial service at 3125 Edgewood Road, Elliott City, MD 21043.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I sincerely enjoyed being his and Paula's neighbor and friend. I will miss him and so will our neighborhood. As a regular walker he did more than his fair share to help maintain the pleasant environment of the neighborhood. I'm sorry I missed the service because I'd like to honor his memory.
