Duncan MacLean Obituary
Duncan W. MacLean, 71, passed away peacefully at home on November, 11 2014. Duncan is preceded in death by his mother, father and brother Norman MacLean. He is survived by his wife of 40 years Sonja Jean MacLean, his sister Barb MacLean, Daughter Carolyn Chew and her husband Stephen Chew, daughter Catherine Gloman and her husband Charles Gloman, daugher Missy MacLean, his five grandchildren Evyn, Camryn, Caitlyn, Carson, and Christian, and his great granddaughter Bella. Family and Friends may gather for a memorial visitation on Saturday, November 15, 2014 from 1-3 pm at Barranco and Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held Saturday, November 15, 2014 at 3:00pm at the funeral home. In Lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to University of Michigan, Ross School of Business, MBA Program, 3003 South State Street, Suite 8000 Ann Arbor, MI 48109 In care of Office of University Development. Losing a loved one to death is such a sad and painful thing to experience. I hope you find comfort in this thought;

I will miss Duncan despite not having a chance to visit with him since about 1973. I was hoping one day we'd get together again. We were HS friends and neighbors and shared many good times...Working at the Terry animal hospital, double dating and just hanging out. A solid good fellow, honest, reliable and fun to be with. Best wishes to all his family at this sad time.
