Friends may call at family owned Henry W. Jenkins & Sons Funeral Home, 16924 York Road, on Friday, December 1, 5 to 8 P.M. A Memorial Service will be held at the Church of the Good Shepherd (Ruxton), on Saturday, December 2, at 12 P.M. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to the Chesapeake Bay Foundation, 6 Herndon Avenue, Annapolis, MD 21403.

My condolences on the loss of Ned. I remember him mostly from my teenage years as a nice loving Dad. Know that I am thinking of you all at this time of your loss.

Ned was a good friend and a fellow Lacresse Offical. I helped him in his run at County Ex. Ned loved his seersucker suits and always looked great.We have missed seeing many of our friends on a regular basis since our move to Orlando Florida in 1990. Ned loved going to lunch and we did so many times and often at The Valley Inn,(moving & storage)
