Eileen Smith Obituary
Eileen Hattum Smith of Pasadena, MD, passed away unexpectedly on January 22. She is survived by her husband Joseph; her daughter Rebecca Smith Beaudin; two sons Brian and William; brother James Hattum; two sisters Karen Handschin and Joanne Hattum; and two grandchildren Leo James and Greta Jean. She also leaves behind numerous loving relatives and friends. A Memorial service will be held at Mount Carmel United Methodist Church at 4760 Mountain Road in Pasadena on Friday, January 31 at 3:00 pm. Memorial contributions may be made to "Disabled American Veterans" or "The Humane Society of the United States."

I am so very sorry Becky. She was such a bright light in my adolescent years. I remember running into her numerous times after we graduated. She always was beaming when she gave me updates on your life. Her positive energy will always be felt and remembered!

The tide recedes but leaves behind bright seashells on the sand. The sun goes down, but gentle warmth still lingers on the land. The music stops, and yet it echoes on in sweet refrains...for every life that passes, something beautiful remains.
