HOBBS , Evelyn Hines On May 24, 2009, Evelyn "Babe" Hines Hobbs of Dayton, MD, beloved wife of the late Leonard C. Hobbs, devoted mother of Ronald L. Hines and Susan Hobbs Nelson, mother-in- law of Pat Hines and John Nelson, loving sister of Helen Hines Hood, the late John T. "Jack" Hines, the late Brownie Hines Orndorff and the late Ruth Hines Linton, dear grandmother of Kevin Ronald Hines and his wife, Nadine Hines, Nathanial Hobbs Nelson and Madeline Keziah Nelson and dearest great-grandmother of Samantha Margaret Hines and Steven Michael Hines.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday at 10am at Emmanuel United Methodist Church, Laurel, MD. Interment will be in Emmanuel Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Haight Funeral Home & Chapel (6416 Sykesville Road) Sykesville on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm.
