Frank E. Hiser Jr.

Frank E. Hiser, Jr., age 83, of Bel Air, Maryland passed away on March 17, 2021 at his residence in Bel Air, Maryland. Born in Bel Air, Maryland, he was the son of Frank and Rae (nee Burkins) Hiser. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Prior to retirement in November of 2019, he was Vice President of Harford Mutual Insurance Company and President of Westminster American Insurance Company.

Frank is survived by his wife Leigh Ann Hiser; son, Christopher Hiser and his girlfriend Mindy; daughter, Shelley Biscotti and her husband Mike; stepson, Shawn Lochary and his wife Kari; grandchildren, Tyler Biscotti, Brittany Padusi and her husband George, and Krista Hiser; great grandchildren, Chloe Padusi and Forrest Lochary; sister, Dianne Jones; Also survived by his dog Bailey and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held under the caring guidance of the family owned and operated McComas Funeral Home, Bel Air, Maryland on Tuesday, March 23, 2021, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm. with services to begin at 12:00 pm. Interment Bel Air Memorial Gardens.
