MARAVETZ , Gabriel Eugene On May 25, 2011, GABRIEL EUGENE MARAVETZ, beloved husband of Colette E. Maravetz; loving father of Susan Marie Maravetz, Rebecca Anne Bloyed (David), Jonathan Matthew Maravetz, Sarah Elizabeth Maravetz (Shannon Streeter), and James Nathaniel Maravetz (Ellen Gibson); cherished grandfather of Eric Parker Bloyed; dear brother of Marvin, Gerald and Lester Maravetz and Eunice Combs and the late Felecita Casey.
Family will receive visitors at HARRY H. WITZKE'S FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4112 Old Columbia Pike, Ellicott City, on Friday 1:30-3:30 PM, with a prayer service to follow. Interment will be Friday, June 3, 2:30 PM, at Crownsville Veterans Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Gilchrist Hospice Care of Howard County, 5537 Twin Knolls Rd. I am very sorry for your loss. I only new Gabe at my very first duty station in the Navy, Clark Air Base, P.I. in 1968, but he had the ultimate respect of all of us in the Matshop. Fair winds. Dennis Ihle CTMC, USN, Retired.
