Gregory Blake Obituary

Gregory James Blake, age 56, of Bel Air, Maryland, passed away on Monday, August 11, 2025, in Bel Air.

Born in Baltimore, Maryland, Gregory was the beloved son of Susan L. (Konop) Blake and the late James H. Blake. He is survived by his loving mother, Susan L. Blake; his sister, Amy Blake; his partner of 20 years Mickey Balinovic and his uncle, Richard Konop. He was preceded in death by his father, James H. Blake.

Gregory had a passion for the things he loved most-football, golf, and music, especially the Steely Dan band. He was an avid fan of Shark Week and enjoyed countless viewings of his favorite films, Jaws and the James Bond series. His warm personality and unique interests brought joy to those who knew him.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
