Friends may call at the family-owned MITCHELL-WIEDEFELD FUNERAL HOME INC. 6500 York Rd. (at Overbrook) on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. A Funeral Mass will be offered on Friday at 10:00 AM at St. Mary of the Assumption Church. Interment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in his name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. www.mwfuneralhome.com

I will never forget the time he stole the ashtray from the hotel at Jeff's boot camp graduation in Georgia and gave it to me for my birthday to remember the trip. Still have the ashtray. RIP
