Herbert A. Seidman

Herbert A. Seidman, of Baltimore, MD, passed away on Friday, October 17th, 2025, at the age of 93. He is survived by his devoted wife of 65 years, Marlyn Seidman (nee Robinson), loving daughter, Carol (Neil) Tendler; adoring grandchildren, Alex (Carson) Friedrich, Jordyn (Sam) Jones, Samie Tendler, Eric Seidman, Shane Tendler; and adoring daughter-in-law Jill Seidman. He was predeceased by his beloved son, Larry Seidman; and devoted parents, Lillian and Henry Seidman.

Herbert was a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and continued his law education at University of Maryland for his LLB and Georgetown University for his LLM.  He spent most of his law career working for the US government with the IRS.  In Baltimore, he was the District Counsel for the IRS for 25 years.  He was loved and respected by all that knew him.  HIs favorite hobbies were tennis, running, biking, roller blading and walking.  He also enjoyed spending every summer at Bethany Beach, DE with his family.  He will be deeply missed.

Services at Sol Levinson's Chapel, 8900 Reisterstown Road, Pikesville, MD 21208, on Sunday, October 19th, 2025, at 4:00 pm. Interment Beth Tfiloh Cemetery. Please omit flowers.
