Jack Durrett Obituary

On Thursday, April 24, 2003, JACK LEE DURRETT JR., age 43 of Reisterstown died at 6 P.M. in Charlottesville, VA. He was born December 19, 1959 in Baltimore, MD. He was the son of Mary Durrett of Reisterstown, MD. and Jack Durrett of Bethlehem, PA. Surviving in addition to his parents are his son Nathaniel Durrett, living with relatives in California, sisters Debra Montgomery and Dianna Bell, brother-in-laws Jeff Montgomery and Sean Bell, nephews Bryon and Nicholas Montgomery and niece Mackenzie Bell. Jack was a graduate of Franklin High School and the Florida Institute of Technology School of Aeronautics. He also held an Electrical Engineering degree from Johns Hopkins University and was president of Coordinated Power Engineering Inc. He was a kind and gentle man that will sadly be missed by family and lots of good friends. A gathering will be held on Friday, May 9 at the Northminster Presbyterian Church Fellowship Hall in Reisterstown, MD. from 7-9 P.M. In lieu of flowers, please make contributions payable to the Nathaniel Durrett Fund at Provident Bank, 9948 Reisterstown Road, Owings Mills, MD. 21117. Arrangements by Eline Funeral Home, Reisterstown, MD.
