FOWLEY beloved husband of Vickie Fowley; father of David Rhodes, J. Kemp Fowley, Maxfield Fowley and Tagart Fowley.
Celebration of Life Service will be held at the family residence on Saturday, October 28 2-4 p.m. At the family's request memorial contributions may be made to the Ashley Scholarship Fund, c/o Father Martin's Ashley, 800 Tydings Lane, Havre de Grace, MD 21078.

Lisa and I want to send our deepest sympathy for your loss. We both remember fondly all of our times together with you and Jake and the good times we had.
