Jean Marie Connor

Jean Marie (née Lane) Connor, 94, passed away peacefully on December 4 at her home in Naples, Florida, surrounded by her children. Born on October 18, 1931, in Philadelphia and raised in Germantown, she was the second child of Daniel J. and Mary C. Lane. After college, she met her future husband, Paul Connor (+2001) and they married in 1954. They began their family in Catonsville, MD, later settling in Severna Park, where they raised eight children. Jean is survived by seven children-Sisi, Jean, Mary Alice, Kelly, Paul Jr., Fr. Martin, and Fr. John-as well as 16 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Her oldest daughter, Maryann, predeceased her in 2024. A devoted wife, mother, and lifelong Catholic, Jean lived her faith through service, joy, and generosity, especially within St. John the Evangelist parish. Funeral will be held on Monday December 15th 10am at Immaculate Conception Church, Towson, Md, reception immediately following.
